Your Obligations
As a creditor, you collect and process personal data from your clients. This data must be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and cannot subsequently be processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
Applicable Penalties
Non-compliance with Law 09-08 can lead to significant administrative and criminal penalties. The CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection) is the competent supervisory authority.
